With a genuine passion for empowering individuals to make positive and lasting changes in their health, she firmly believes that even the smallest adjustments can pave the way to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

Her counseling style revolves around fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take control of their well-being. She creates a safe space where open and non-judgmental communication can flourish. By actively listening to her patient’s concerns, goals, and challenges, she provides clear and accessible information about nutrition. Erika translates complex scientific concepts into practical advice that clients can easily implement in their daily lives. Her counseling style allows for sustainable changes by recognizing that every individual is different, with their own set of circumstances, preferences, and cultural backgrounds. She takes a personalized approach to counseling, considering not only the nutritional aspects but also the broader context of her patients’ lives. She likes to celebrate their achievements, no matter how big or small, by providing ongoing encouragement to help them stay motivated and overcome obstacles along the way.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Erika enjoys her role as a wife and a mother to three wonderful children. When she’s not immersed in her work, she enjoys quality time spent with her family and friends, cherishing the moments that bring joy and fulfillment to her life.
