Leslie Knapp MS, RDN, LD

Hailing from Michigan, Leslie graduated from Western Michigan University with bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Relations. From there, she established a career in foodservice until deciding to pursue her passion for nutrition. Leslie earned her master’s in Health Science from Georgia State University in 2014.​​​​

Leslie enjoys working with individuals to improve their relationship with food. Her nutrition philosophy is individualized and evidenced-based with a focus on feasibility, balance, and mindfulness. Leslie has experience with a wide range of nutrition concerns, and has increased specialization in preventative wellness, intuitive eating, disordered eating, and behavioral health.​​
