Selena-Maria Foreman, MS, RDN, LD, CLT

Selena-Maria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Auburn University, laying the foundation for her future endeavors in the field of health and nutrition. She then pursued her passion further, completing her Master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences at Samford University. 
 
As a Registered Dietitian, Selena-Maria stands at the intersection of science and compassion, embodying the philosophy that food is medicine. Drawing inspiration from her personal experiences, she has witnessed the profound impact of nutrition on healing and wellness. This firsthand knowledge fuels her dedication to helping others achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition.
 
In her professional journey, Selena-Maria has honed her expertise in the inpatient setting, specializing in gastrointestinal disorders. Her commitment to understanding the unique needs of each individual supports her belief that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to health. Recognizing the limitations of conventional approaches, she strives to empower others to embrace sustainable paths to improvement.
 
Selena-Maria aspires to be a beacon of support, guiding individuals towards holistic well-being.
