Dianna Thomas, MS, RDN, LD, CLT, CPT

Dianna Thomas earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia. At the University of Georgia, Dianna gained experience in community nutrition research and became a certified CDC Diabetes Prevention lifestyle coach. In addition, she holds certifications as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

After completing her master’s degree, she completed her dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital, where she received hands-on experience in various clinical and community settings.

As a Registered Dietitian, Dianna is committed to providing individualized nutrition interventions that suit you and your lifestyle. Utilizing her professional expertise and personal experiences, she understands the significant role nutrition plays in our health and well-being. Her approach is rooted in empathy, kindness, and a deep understanding of individual circumstances. She is dedicated to a holistic healing approach, addressing not only nutritional status but also the emotional and lifestyle factors impacting one’s well- being. Dianna recognizes the importance of sustainable lifestyle change and takes an evidence-based, supportive, and realistic approach to help patients achieve their desired goals.

With a strong professional background in both nutrition and fitness, she leverages her expertise to guide clients toward achieving sustainable, lifelong results, one actionable step at a time. Her focus includes sports nutrition, body recomposition, overall wellness, weight management, pre-diabetes, and women’s health.
