Benjamin Sisic, MS, RDN, LD
Benjamin has been a dietitian for 9 years, with a focus on kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, sports nutrition, and weight loss. Benjamin’s passion for nutrition started because of soccer. He played for the best teams in Georgia, Concorde Fire, and the U-19 Silverbacks, as well as St. Pius X High School, which was at that time ranked as one of the top soccer schools in the nation. He sought to improve his performance on the field and was directed by his strength coach to look into weight lifting and nutrition. The tremendous impact of this change set off a lifelong thirst for all things nutrition and strength training. He went on to pursue a Bachelors degree in Dietetics from GA State University and a Masters’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from The University of Georgia.
Benjamin’s aim is to help clients navigate a path to success, whatever their health and fitness goals might be. He takes a non-biased, non-dogmatic, practical, and evidence-informed approach to help patients get the results they want.
He lives in Woodstock with his beautiful fiancée, Caitlin, and their three cats, Habibi, Banzai, and Prince.
