Courtney Buck, MS, RDN, LD, CLT
Courtney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food at West Virginia University and completed her Master’s Degree in 2014 at Texas A&M University – Kingsville. Born and raised in Ohio, quickly learning she prefers the warmer weather in Georgia.
Passionate about a healthy and balanced lifestyle, Courtney has worked as an outpatient dietitian for majority of her career. She creates an inviting and judgement free environment while supporting her patients through their health journey. She knows that meeting them where they are and taking baby steps to reach their goals is a beneficial way to create long-lasting changes. Having a balanced lifestyle is important to Courtney as well as her patients. She helps to create space for all of life’s enjoyments while allowing patients to feel their best. Courtney will always give you the ‘why’ behind her recommendations and provide plenty of education and resources.
Courtney has counseled both groups and individuals with experience in weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, intuitive eating, gastrointestinal health, food sensitivities and behavior change.
In her personal time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 sons, and dog. She enjoys spending her weekends with friends, family, cooking and eating good food, and finding any excuse to get outside – playgrounds and sports are at the top of the list with her boys right now.
