Hillary Sutton, MS, RDN, LD
Background
Hillary earned a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Georgia Tech, a Master’s degree in chemistry at UC Davis, studied nutrition at UC Davis and returned home where she completed her dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital. Her personal experience with gut health challenges sparked a deep appreciation for the power of nutrition. Motivated to help others explore their own paths to wellness, she transitioned into dietetics to inspire curiosity, self-awareness, and confidence around food and health.
Hillary’s top priority as a dietitian is empowering you to reclaim autonomy in your healthcare by meeting you where you are and helping you choose your own sustainable goals and treatments. With experience teaching, Hillary is skilled at making complex concepts easy to understand and implement, and she encourages embodiment and mindful intuition as the drivers towards health goals. She believes that all types of food can be enjoyed with intention, and that eating well fits into any lifestyle. Food is so much more than just fuel for your body, so helping you tie together the social, cultural and physiological aspects of food in your life is essential for your overall well-being.
Hillary enjoys rotating a variety of outdoor and indoor hobbies, often pausing to cultivate peace and gratitude for the wonderful people and moments in this life – which often involve delicious food.
