Lindsay Spivey, BS, RDN, LD
Lindsay is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 13 years experience working in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and metabolism from Georgia State University and currently specializes in adolescent eating disorders.
Prior to this, Lindsay worked at Grady Memorial Hospital treating a wide range of disease states such as heart disease and diabetes. Additionally, Lindsay has experience working with patients that have chronic kidney disease at optimizing kidney health through researched nutritional recommendations.
Lindsay teaches by a Health at Every Size (HAES ®) approach using principles of intuitive eating and science backed health recommendations for children and adults.
As a dietitian, Lindsay seeks to give each patient the tools needed to be the leader of their own healing process. Positive motivation, education on scientific studies, and open communication are strategies she uses to create lasting, life-long results in your health journey.
