NOW ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Background
Lisa is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over 30 years of experience in clinical nutrition and healthcare leadership. Her career spans hospitals, behavioral health facilities, long-term care, and outpatient education, with a deep focus on pediatric nutrition and early intervention. She completed her training through Middle Tennessee State University and Morehead State University.
Her work with children—many with complex medical needs, feeding challenges, or developmental delays, has made her a trusted resource for families navigating early growth and nutrition. She gently adapts her approach as children grow, supporting school transitions and evolving routines.
Lisa’s family-centered approach includes working with families in their everyday environments, modeling strategies, and offering practical tools—from tracking growth and celebrating small wins to sensory food play and nutrition balance. She is passionate about helping others discover a love and appreciation for food and believes that forming a positive relationship with it early on sets the stage for lasting health
Outside of work, Lisa is a proud mother and grandmother who finds joy in supporting her own growing family. Her warmth, insight, and decades of experience make her a powerful advocate for children and families.
