Food Allergies & Sensitivities
Is Food Making You Sick?
Have a diagnosed food allergy and not quite sure how to navigate your diet while avoiding specific ingredients? Or maybe you have tested negative for food allergies but you still feel like food is bothering you. It may be a sensitivity, or maybe an intolerance. We can help you to navigate these different possibilities and guide you through the best dietary approach for symptom relief.
We also have other functional tools we can use to take a deeper dive into potential dietary triggers and micronutrient imbalances to provide a more tailored approach to your health.
